At Drop Haat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow a transparent and fair return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for both sellers and customers.

Return Policy

Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product or wrong size/color is delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer

  • The return request is made after the allowed time period

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued only for valid return cases.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Refunds will be adjusted with the seller’s account or next settlement.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrongly delivered products.

  • Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
