2. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for marketing, selling, and customer communication.
Product prices, promotions, and profit margins are set by the partner.
Partners must provide accurate customer information for order processing and delivery.

3. Order Fulfillment

Orders will be processed only after confirmation from the partner.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.
Drop Haat is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events.

4. Payments & Settlements

Product costs, delivery charges, and service fees must be cleared as per agreed terms.
Settlements will be completed according to the agreed payment cycle.
Drop Haat reserves the right to hold payments in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Drop Haat’s Return & Refund Policy. Any misuse of the return policy may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Website & Marketing Services

Websites provided by Drop Haat remain active as long as service terms are maintained.
Digital marketing results may vary; Drop Haat does not guarantee specific sales or profits.
Ad budgets are non-refundable once spent.

7. Intellectual Property

All website designs, content, branding materials, and software provided by Drop Haat remain the intellectual property of Drop Haat unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Prohibited Activities

Partners must not:

Sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products
Mislead customers with false claims or pricing
Abuse COD orders or delivery services
Violate local laws or digital platform policies

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Drop Haat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Drop Haat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Modifications

Drop Haat may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
